Strong salmon pink with very fine mousse. Intense red forest berry conserve, a hint of rosehip jam, some cooked rhubarb and candied orange zest on the nose. Medium body, fresh cherry, racy acidity with discreetly sweet fruit on the finish. A lively apéritif.
