Tasting Notes
A very spicy, almost perfumed and somewhat "sweet" aroma: candied lemon and nutmeg, dried orange peel. On the palate the wine has a brisk mousse, an immediately vivid palate savouriness, firm acidity, slightly fruity and a lightly bitter note in the finish.
More about the tastingA very open, savoury, even perfumed aroma, nutmeg and lavender, rosemary flowers. In the mouth, the wine has a play of sweetness and acidity, the spiciness dominates the palate, a slight oiliness (aromatic monoterpenes!) lies behind the fine mousse. Original and harmonious.
