Medium golden yellow in colour. A pleasantly ripe nose with notes of white flowers, quince puree, salted lemon and nuances of caramel and vanilla. Medium-bodied on the palate with a reasonable intensity and some noticeable carbonic tones. Rather restrained acidity supports through to the medium length, but appropriate, finish.
