Delicate dusky pink in colour. Reminiscent of peach on the nose, then subtly of blueberry and vanilla, with a discreet herbal aroma on the finish. The palate is richly textured, with some orange zest and fine-grained tannins, crisp acidity, a hint of salt and a delicately bitter finish.
