Papaya and blackcurrant on the nose, also pink ginger, some mango, fine spice with mace. Lean and elegant Sauvignon with juice, texture and also savouriness, crips and stable acidity, fine residual fruit, green apple, some lime. Straightforward, elegant, with roasted mackerel.
