Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red. On the nose ripe rosehips, fruit tea, bright savouriness, slightly forest soil and ripe blackberries. Pithy dark fruit on the palate, slightly alcoholic, with fullness and slightly malty echo, but also nice sweetness, should still lie, will profit from bottle ageing.
