The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Paolo Cottini has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby with garnet glints. Shows medium intensity on the nose, slight cinnamon and dark cherries. Grippy, fine-meshed tannin, surrounded by sweet fruit texture, a little savoury on the finish.
