The sparkling wine Parusso Metodo Classico Brut, vintage 2015 from the winery Parusso has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant orange-pink. A subtle nose of cinchona bark, candied cherry and orange zest, a slight hint of dried apricot, also salty. Characterised by many small pearls on the palate, lacks some of its fruit, yet juicy and slightly salty, again minimally bitter on the finish. Still needs to settle down a little.
