Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Multifaceted bouquet with fine herbal savouriness underlying gooseberry notes, yellow pepper, lime blossom, mineral touch and honey. Juicy, elegant fruit with harmonious, delicately herbal savouriness, blossom honey and ripe stone fruit on the finish. Mineral and persistent. Great ageing potential, but decant before serving.
