Tasting from 10.02.2023: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Delicate violet, small black wild berries, a touch of mint, lime zest, pleasant minerality, subtle bouquet. Complex, finely meshed, a hint of nougat, red cherries, firm, supporting tannins, impressive minerality. Overall still very young and closed, should definitely be allowed to mature for a few more years. Very fine acidity, shows length, great ageing potential.
