Brilliant silver-grey with a persistent, fine mousse. On the nose there is fresh stone fruit with hints of juicy pineapple, squeezed lemon and a fine florality. The palate has distinct fruit expression and a pleasantly integrated mousse. It is crisp, with fine acidity leading to the finish.
