The prosecco Col di Manza Extra Dry Millesimato Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Perlage has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
This has a brilliant shimmering silver colour. It is a little restrained on the nose, and not very expressive, slightly reminiscent of sugar melon. There is a beautifully integrated mousse and fruity sweetness on the palate, reminiscent of Earl Grey tea, with a floral touch on the finish.
