The red wine Terziere di Ponente Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Geografico has been rated in 2021 by Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Chianti in Italy.
Shimmering ruby red with a bright core. Initially dried rose petal on the nose, then red-cheeked apple and cherry, with a hint of leather on the finish. On the palate, it shows with a very red-fruity notion with light savouriness components, delicately vegetal, shows grippy tannins at the back, cool Chianti Classico, the youngest of the three Terzieri, still needs to age a little.
