Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, dark ruby red with a dark touch. Mushroomy notes on the nose: undergrowth, some truffle, concentrated dark chocolate and a savoury finish. Very fruity on the palate with a sweet core but has plenty of brittle tannins, which considerably curbs the drinking flow.
