Bright straw yellow with a persistent mousse. A fragrant nose of raspberries and yellow peach, with delicate marzipan notes and a candied pineapple aftertaste. Hearty on the palate, with golden fruit, shows perky mousse, then unfortunately collapses a little at the back.
