Bright light gold with a persistent and delicate mousse. Great aromas of ripe apricots and yellow peach on the nose, reminiscent of melon, rich yellow fruit, light sea salt. Beautiful fullness on the nose, creamy and smooth on the tongue, creamy texture with a very delicate mousse, complex and full of finesse.
