Brilliant greenish yellow with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are distinct aromas of fresh pear, a touch of banana, white blossom, juicy apple and a hint of herbs. Juicy on the palate with an effervescent mousse, it is crisp and dry, with good breadth and a tiny note of bitterness on the medium-long finish.
