Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, very delicate rim brightening. Delicate nougat on the nose, a hint of dried plums and orange zest, nuances of fresh cocoa, underlaid with harmonious wood aromas. Juicy, dark forest berry confit, fine tannins that give the wine a good length, freshly structured, mineral touch on the finish, shows a good length, extract-sweet aftertaste.
