Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately spicy nose, underlaid with dark berry confit, ripe cherries, blackberries, delicate nougat, reminiscent of young Bordeaux wines from the Haut-Médoc. Juicy, elegant, well-integrated, silky tannins, appears very light-footed, very fine extract sweetness, a wine without rough edges, already easily accessible, a versatile food companion, full of finesse, with good minerality on the finish, has further ageing potential.
