Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.07.2019: Othmar Kiem, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter und Dominik Vombach

The name is a play on words: "news" from Gascony, but the word "neuf" also refers to the nine percent alcohol by volume. Floral and citrusy, very clear aroma, grapefruit, cassis and lilac. Crisp acidity, brisk residual sweetness, a Kabinett-type wine made from 100 percent Colombard.
