Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Delicate notes of dried plums, dark wild berry jam , candied orange zest and a subtle herbal savouriness on the nose. The palate is elegant and full-bodied with a fine extract sweetness and integrated tannins leading to a mineral aftertone. It feels juicy and persistent thanks to the acid structure. Already well matured, this is a multi-faceted food companion.
