Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser

Strong ruby garnet, delicate ochre reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicately tobacco-like nuances of dark berries, ripe cassis and plums, candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant texture, ripe, sweet cherries, grown-up tannins, chocolatey touch on the finish, mineral and lemony aftertaste, fine savoury aftertaste.
