Medium golden yellow, orange reflections. Fine tobacco savouriness, a bit of herbs, delicate grapefruit, plus smoky nuances, a hint of pear, a reductive bouquet. Juicy, taut, multi-faceted acid structure, darkly mineral, white peach on the finish, salty aftertaste, fine savoury food wine.
