Bright ruby purple colour. Hearty cherries on the nose as well as chocolate powder, freshly cooked wild berry confit, plus fine spices and slightly volatile acidity. The palate has considerable tannins, grippy, yet juicy, with gripping course, impetuous and exciting at the same time, for lovers of natural wine.
