Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich, radiant lemon yellow. Subtle aromas of yellow apples, fresh pears, some lemon, a hint of thyme. Fresh on the tongue, with gentle savouriness and white flowers on the palate, slightly mineral, animating on the palate, minimal grapefruit on the finish.
