Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby with a slight garnet colour on the rim. Opens with pronounced savoury herbal notes, of star anise and fennel, then lots of plum and raspberry. Taut on the palate, dense, very young tannins, seems wild and impetuous, fine savoury herbal notes once more, of liquorice and truffle, with a strong drive.
