The red wine Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2012 from the winery Monnanni - Poggi del Chianti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brightening dark ruby. Delicate varnish on the nose, then blackberry, clearly red rose, delicate dried tomato, also barrel-like. On the palate it shows with tightly woven tannins, opens slightly salty, vivid fruit, not a palate flatterer, dries considerably.
