Tasting from 31.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon staffler

Brilliant dark ruby red. Sour cherries and cranberries on the nose, with fine savouriness. Some earthy notes. Initially very juicy on the palate, with clear fruit and a radiant core, minimally rough tannin at the back, with hearty dishes.
