Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow. Fragrant, slightly aromatic nose of rich white peach and a hint of banana, with nuances of elderflower cordial and a finish of wild berries. Juicy on the palate, with a clear fruit core, delicately bitter, animating undertone, medium length.
