Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Spicy nose of cherry and pepper, a hint of undergrowth and vanilla. On the palate it shows with delicately perceptible wood and juicy, clear cherry fruit, with a certain tension and a slight overhang of wood on the finish.
