Brilliant orange-pink. Restrained on the nose, some notes of sour cherries, orange peel and slight hints of beet. On the palate with a delicate fruit sweetness and coarse-grained mousse, has something of the blood orange, juicy, with its own character, very vinous in the aftertaste.
