Bright straw yellow with green reflections and persistent mousse. Reminiscent of lemons, peaches and ripe pears on the nose. On the palate, clearly reminiscent of pear yoghurt, shows good freshness and airy, coarse-grained mousse, appears somewhat unbalanced in the finish and dominated by the fruit texture.
