Bright silver-grey with green reflections and persistent mousse. Open-hearted on the nose, reminiscent of fresh stone fruit, fine herbal savouriness, some cut grass and saffron. Full of energy on the palate with slightly coarse-grained bubbles. Crisp, with a delicately bitter finish.
