Delicately shiny lemon yellow with a golden touch. Finely drawn, slightly vegetal aromas of fresh yellow bell pepper, then apricots, gooseberry and candied lemon peel. Juicy on the palate, salty with lively acidity, medium-bodied in weight, clear, with a fine, mineral-driven finish and very good drinking flow.
