The red wine Marsiliana Costa Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Principe Corsini - Tenuta Marsiliana has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dense ruby red colour with cherry-red edges. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, then reminiscent of blackberries, cedar wood and dried rose petals, with subtle balsamic hints on the finish. Powerful on the palate, with animating freshness and dark fruit, also shows fine savouriness, pronounced tannins, which are currently still drying out a little.
