Salmon pink in colour. Clear Pinot fruit on the nose, with rosehip and some delicate yeasty notes. It's balanced and harmonious on the palate, subtle in sweetness and acidity and focused on the fruit, with a fine mousse and quite a long, juicy finish. Everyone's darling.
