Tasting Notes
Cherry red in the glass, with a fruity aroma of wild cherry, rhubarb, raspberry puree, sloe, dried herbs, and chalky notes. The palate is taut and straightforward with a distinctive tartness, fine, cultured tannins, and clear fruit redolent of rosehip. Not a pink terrace rosé, but distinctive and characterful.
