Brilliant light orange. Delicately fragrant nose of black bread crust, delicate yeast, salty, flint, inviting. Initially explosive on the palate with a rich perlage, shows a delicate melt with a slight saltiness, crisp body, predominant perlage with every sip, still needs to find its feet.
