In addition to rhubarb and subtle citrus aromas on the nose, floral notes such as arnica and marigold also emerge. Vibrant and lively on the palate, with plenty of power in the middle section and a fine acid vein that leads directly into a salty minerality. Excellent length on the finish with a repeat of the discreet herbal savouriness from the nose.
