On the nose, in addition to rhubarb and subtle citrus aromas, floral notes such as arnica and marigold. Vibrant and lively on the palate, a lot of depth in the middle part, which is complemented by the fine acidity, leading directly into a salty minerality. Excellent length, discreet herbal savouriness in the finish.
