Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate hints of guava and grapefruit, yellow greengage, subtle herbal spices, and fine floral nuances. The palate is firm and finely-meshed, with fine acidity, fine fruit with notes of yellow tropical fruit, and a saline mineral finish which shows good length. A delicately spicy food wine.
