Light amber in colour with golden reflections. On the nose, clear varietal character is expressed with delicate aromas of fig, white currant, candied orange zest, Aranzini, dates, and a hint of walnut. The elegant palate is juicy with fine acidity and a silky texture, with notes of white nougat, this is a perfectly matured wine in the Auslese range, that reveals impressive length, with fine sweetness on the subtly mineral finish. After more than 100 years of maturity, this is a well preserved wine that offers a multi-layered drinking experience, impressing with its relative freshness, a truly exceptional wine.
