White pepper immediately signals spiciness and intricacy on the nose and makes the tart red cherry fruit even more enticing. The palate also brims with pepper and red fruit and presents a very fine, graceful structure that is reminiscent of starched silk chiffon that delivers as much caress as crunch. Purity, brightness and aromatic intensity full of white pepper spice set this wine apart. Totally seductive and really long.
