Fresh, spicy aroma, lime zest, lemon, mint, plus a delicate saltiness, very animating. Following aeration there are light floral notes and some peach. Juicy and taut on the palate, subtle acidity, again with citrus fruit, grapefruit, some pear, subtle mineral undertones, good structure and length, great with fish.
