The white wine Cedro do Noval Vinho Branco, vintage 2020 from the winery Quinta do Noval has been rated in 2021 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Viosinho, Gouveio from the region Douro in Portugal.
A fragrant nose presents, ripe, juicy pear, white summer blossom and hazelnutty creaminess in equal measure. The palate follows in similar fashion, displaying a beautifully textured creaminess that will make this wine a winner at the table. The freshness is lasting and cool and the finish has something of pine and balm. A.K.
