Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Somewhat restrained, discreet wild berry fruit, ripe cherry, and subtle savouriness. Very harmonious on the palate, elegant and balanced, ripe, with supporting tannins, and with nougat on the finish. It has good length with a mineral finish, and has definite ageing potential.
