Light greenish yellow with silver reflections and a lively mousse. There are aromas of fine tropical fruit like mango and papaya, a hint of blossom honey, tangerine zest and light nougat. It is medium-bodied with well-integrated fruit sweetness, a lively acidity, and is harmonious and invigorating. A versatile sparkling wine it can be used as an aperitif and also as a good accompaniment to food.
