Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense garnet. The nose is subdued and fleshy, very meaty, needs a lot of air to open up with cherry and pepper. Balanced on the palate with delicate texture, shows well-integrated tannin, power, minimal aftertaste.
