On the nose, ripe aromas of apricot, yellow apple and Mirabelle plum, spicy notes as well as some sage and chamomile, with a hint of honey waffle. The palate is tightly structured with a firm phenolic framework and ripe, supporting acidity, clear and dry in expression, with tangy apple and yellow fruit notes. Designed for food.
