Sparkling golden yellow. Intense sweet fruit on the nose of dried apricots and peaches. Very supple and round on the palate, opens with a lot of sweet melting, again dried fruit, the sweetness is accompanied by an accentuated acidity, beautiful play, quince on the finish, long finish.
